If this wasn’t a great Delmont location for a billboard, we wouldn’t have opened our office there! As many as 27,000 commuters pass this 10’6” x 36’ bulletin billboard on Route 22 every day.
This billboard is situated just a quarter mile beyond where travelers from Route 66 connect with Route 22 to head west. It offers 4 faces – two, stacked faces which can be seen by west-bound commuters and two, stacked faces visible to east-bound travelers.
It sits on the west side of Route 22, it’s right by our office, as well as the traffic light at Mark Drive, near Wendy’s and GetGo. It’s a great location, as it’s not competing for drivers’ attention with other out-of-home billboard advertisements. Also, drivers on this stretch of road tend not to be traveling at top speed. Many west-bound travelers haven’t gotten up to speed, as they’ve just pulled onto the roadway from Route 66. Plus, traffic up ahead is often slow due to the traffic light. As for east-bound travelers, many are slowing down to prepare to exit to Route 66.
Plus, this section of Route 22 is home to heavily trafficked offices and businesses, including medical offices, restaurants, the Walmart shopping plaza, and over a dozen specialty services and shops at Salem Plaza. The junction of Routes 22 and 66 is a key spot, where residents of Delmont, Export, Murrysville, Greensburg, and other localities frequently cross paths. It’s the perfect spot for advertising people from a variety of zip codes in the area.
Take advantage of this location’s four faces by placing two ads – one facing west and the other facing east. Get driver’s attention on both the way to and from their destination to increase your impressions – and the chances they’ll visit your business.
